This is what your everyday life looks like:
- Contract negotiations and drafting in an international context: You negotiate contract details in the interests of the segment and ensure that all legal and business aspects are taken into account
- Leading cross-functional and cross-departmental teams: during contract creation, management, negotiation and conclusion, you bring together the teams from Sales, Project Pricing, Commercial & Technical Project Management as well as the Legal department in the central area
- Risk management through precise contract analysis: You minimize risks by eliminating ambiguities and ambiguous clauses, while always focusing on the customer perspective
- Communication with customers and internal teams: Excellent relationships are key to managing contracts efficiently
Your skills:
- at least 10 years of successful experience in qualified contract management, with a focus on project business
- Sound knowledge of business law and contract management
- Negotiation skills and diplomatic demeanor
- Fluent English skills for international contracts
- Analytical thinking and detail orientation
- Completed legal or business law studies or technical background with correspondingly proven additional qualifications (e.g. CPCM = Certified Professional Contracts Manager)
